Customer Care Group of ADS is intended to provide its customers with best online and techical support. Group members of CCG are from various service centers of ADS who are well versed technically in their related fields, so that Customer Care person to whom you communicate with is related appropiate service you desire.

Unlike other companies CCG provides technical assistance and support long after customer has withdrawn from our services. For always it takes necessary feedback from customers, and brings out necessary changes required to our customers. Once associated with ADS will always be associated with CCG of ADS.

Most valuable assest of ADS is their Customers. ADS provides best technical and customer support through well trained Customer Care Group. Following are Services made available by CCG
ONLINE SUPPORT
ADS provides its customer with unique ID Identification Number. We refer to this ID for rest of the details of our customer in our databse. For security reasons ADS prefers to use Yahoo! Messenger Services and MSN messenger services, for online support.
To contact us online from Monday to Friday (India Time) simply add our Yahoo ID and/or MSN Messenger ID's to your chatting list. This will make Customer Care group available for Online support.
